How am I billed?
By the hour of live session time, from an allowance included with your plan. Only time the app is actually capturing audio counts — a session left open while you make coffee is not billed. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.

You can top up with credits and keep going, and credits do not expire. If pay-as-you-go is switched on you will see the hourly rate alongside the plans.
Can I cancel?
